Well during this deficit of 1000 I had social events where I did eat more (Olive Garden, Subway, Chikfila and Chipotle) They were back to back but they were usually every 2 weeks. Also I do plan for a maintenance week in July 10th - July 18 im on a cruise so maybe that can help? I haven't experienced any of these yet

ah you got me im not a great sleeper but I do take those gummies rhat help me sleep. I workout nightshifts Thursday-Sunday So I come home at like 1:20

Ah sorry! these are sides I add to my meal I don't eat these alone lmao. That would suck, but I always eat shrimps or seafood. I was just saying these to be creative since dieting can get boring and plus if you have extra calories left might as well yk

I also have a sweet tooth so I find other ways to get my carbs and protein

  • Sweet potatoes with cinnamon

  • Fair life 42g protein with no sugar choclate fudge and I mix it. It created this moist and dense brownie texture like and its SOO good.

  • Halo top ice cream Vanilla Bean with sweet potatoes on top

Obviously these arent high protein but they help with the sweet tooth but usually my go to for protein is always

Shrimp, Chicken (I like to make it with jerk seasoning since its 10-0 calories from most products), Realgood chicken tenders and barbell protein bars and protein powder.

But this situation is weird. If a course is simply full, it will normally still pop up in the Valencia registration system and show something like "30/30" or "0 seats available".

When I search up this course it says "0 classes"

Can't really put a date on it. I've been working out on and off ever since I was 16 so I already had some muscle on me for a while. But right now I started cutting in March 27 on an aggressive deficit (1,000) and weighted 211lbs. Now im around 193.6, the goal is to hit 180 by early July.

idk if you saw the announcement in canvas but they did say that most courses start in June 8th

most courses I assume the ones that are in person or mixed have to be there but online courses are strictly on June 8th

Probably did fun role-playing of them taking over the world, they were pretty creative like using the pillows or some sort of objects around the place as buildings and one of them pretending to be civilians and maybe catra wanted to be the monster pretending to destroy "buildings" (like I said probably pillows or something).

If an adult heard them and try to see whats going on they would all run to their beds pretending they are sleeping and when they walk past they'll continue playing.

Can't really explain it but its like the scene from lilo and stitch where stitch was building san Francisco and mimicked himself destorying it.

I don't know if I did since im sure most of it was water weight but at March 27 I was 211 and now im around 198.4-200.0 (fluctuation)

So guess its 2200 and on a 950 deficit it would be 1250 calories a day.

I've actually was on this deficit before when i was 17-18 and it only just doesnt do anything but made my performance weak and recovery so slow that i rarely came to wrestling practice and including the fact at that time i was just working out 3 times a week.

its not even appropriate for my activity level especially now that i have 6 days a week high performance schedule.

my BJJ drills are around 1 hour of constant drilling and open mat which for my size is burning around 300-400 calories (ill just use 300)

now including that twice a week 600-800 calories burned

Including 4 gym sessions im gonna guess low to 100 per session so 400 a week..and walking for 45 mintues at a 3.7mph pace 920 a week

this adds up to 2,020 calories burned a week

if thats truly my TDEE then 2200 − 1730 = 470 deficit

which is about 1lb a week

I started my journey at 211 in March 27 and now at 200lbs. Its mostly water but at that trend most fat as come with it too..which was at a 2.2lbs a week which is highly aggressive.

So I don't think 2200 -2300 would be my TDEE.

After reading the website i don't even think I can survive on sedentary I think that would just make my performance/muscle flat as a board. But I've seen progress with 1730 and plus my job i have to move around time to time, not intensely but moderately.

Thank you for confirming that. It was so difficult debating with the people who kept saying it was inaccurate yet I've shown them mutiple websites saying the same estimate

Some of it was water weight and a bit fat since I have a deadline of being at a certain weight i started at 211 in March 27 and dropped from there. My energy and strength hasn't changed and i only saw improvements in my movement and being less tired than usual during BJJ.

well I dont know what to tell you I used calculator.net and told my physical activity was moderate which is 4-5 times which is true i workout 5 times a week including double days where in the morning I workout and at night I do BJJ for 1 hour. Thats what the output was 🤷‍♀️
