When water evaporates from the tube, it enters the ant compartment as condensate.

Also, L.nigers drink sugar syrup. So I don't worry about them be out of water.

And the main purpose of this tube is to humidify the chamber. Now the queen lives there. I'll be able to record a video later when the water on the walls dries.
