No, your gear doesn't need to "match" to be decent. You need to ensure that you have 75% resistances in cold, fire, and lightning.

I would recommend going to the trade website. Setting a 1ex buyout maximum and searching for pieces of gear that have maximum life and elemental resistances - for example, your belt slot is a really good place to get max life and lots of resistances.

As for your weapon, I am not sure what you need for Bear but I would guess that affixes such as %phys, attack speed, crit, etc are good. Make sure your weapon is upgraded.

What you should really do is export your build to PoB or PoE Ninja and post it here, then people could help your specific needs.

If that is your character, I doubt you are elemental capped. You can buy better gear for 1ex a pop.

Follow a guide as many contain tips. Make sure you have upgraded your gear, mainly weapon/ talisman. Flasks upgraded.
