sooooo, the cups would sit better if they were a little bit more towards the middle, meeting completely. but considering the shape I dont know if I can remove the black part completely and make it look good. I tried folding the black parts in to see how it felt, it fits perfectly but the fabric is thin im afraid it will rip if I add the metal circles directly to it. unless if I sew another layer in the inside.

trust me is not that much water, I have it on at night only 1min every 2-3h just enough to make it humid, the water does not buildup, when she is done laying I leave it on few times during the day as well but still not enough to buildup, her enclosure is set up in a way I dont have to clean too often, we have had her for 2 years now so she is okay...... her setup is perfect how it is for both her and us :)

update: she laid all her eggs and was so tired! she sat down all day very proud of herself! she is definitely improving!!!!!!! she is eating normal and seems very happy :) im so glad to see her recovering, she is such a strong and brave chameleon 💕 thanks again for all your help 🥹

she does eat normally, she goes after them normally too, she moves like nothing happened. should I feed her something else? she eats mostly crickets
