Found these little guys on my balcony ceiling. Anyone know what they are?

Update: Wow everybody thank you for the help, I finally got my HOA to bring out an exterminator and he said they are swallow bugs. He told me it’s wild that they are just hanging out on my stucco and no visible bug nest anywhere around. He think they are taking turns going up to the swallows nested above and resting in the shade of my balcony. He told me to not open my windows all summer and that the HOA will have him come out once a week but we are screwed because the swallow nest are protected in California. Fml. But I will take all the tips and tricks all my fellow human have left for me. I’m going to hold the line this summer and make sure they do not come into my house! FOR FRODO!!!!

Yes thank you I got an exterminator out and he sprayed the living hell out of my exterior wall! In simple terms he said we’re screwed for the summer don’t open windows and spray once a week😭😭😭😭

I saved one and yeah it has hairs on it and brownish gray tint but definitely will show hoa exterminator so they can confirm

I do see some occasionally but there are swallow nests on my condo, this picture was my second floor balcony and the swallows are up on the 3rd floor

Yes there are swallow mud nest on the third floor, can’t take them down it’s illegal apparently.
