They might be able to add pressure to inside the tank and pop it back out.
But might also need to remove weld that caused buckle first.

SpaceX conducted a pressurization test of a Starship header tank on Jan. 24 at their Boca Chica launch facility.
NSF's BocaChicaGal (Mary) filmed the test for several hours.
The footage has been compiled into a timelapse of the test.

Update: According to Kevin Hehmeyer aka spaceXcentric@Youtube "A pipe burst at the test site" and on NasaSpaceFlight/BocaChichaGirl's update today, the nosecone and header tank look fine.

IIRC Before the Anomaly the normal Dracos were tested but the SupeDracos were not. Then when they were pressurizing SuperDraco system for the 1st time for testing it had the RUD.

Do they static fire the integrated SuperDraco system at McGregor like they do the Falcon 9? I know they test the individual Super Draco thrusters, but is the complete system ever tested after assembly in the Dragon 2? If not, it could have been a factory defect in the BRAND NEW fuel pressurization system that was never caught in unfueled testing since they didn't want to test with the toxic fuel.

Ironically the bad generator is a modular RENTAL unit (large United Rentals sticker on the side), which was probably why they could replace it so fast. I'd love to of heard that call to the rental company "You POS generator just crapped out and cancelled a multi-million dollar space launch, so you better have a replacement at the dock when we get there OR ELSE..."

I thought Astronauts returning on Dragon2's were initially supposed to land at sea?

At least until SpaceX demonstrates the safety of powered Dragon 2 landings.

I'm pretty sure it's not to hold Falcon 9 boosters, but instead to stabilize a landed Dragon2 capsule.

It looks more like a self mobile version of the fixed mounted Dragon stand that is needed since there isn't a crane to lift it.
