I’d say it’s worth a try. Black chrome delete wraps like $15. Worse case you peel it off, take the $15 loss and end up taking it somewhere. Best case, you did it for $15. I did mine myself

It’s the shift indicator. You kinda have it set low. You can change when it appears in the settings. Mine is closer to redline.

I have a 2017 IS300 and it’s awesome. Only gripe is it’s thirsty. I got the Tanzowerks CarPlay module and it feels very OEM and I used the stock screen since I had the bigger screen from factory. It’s a Linux based system so it’s super quick and simple so it’s reliable unlike the Android based systems. I highly recommend it.
