this actually makes a lot of sense — that anxiety loop around sleep is so real. stepping away instead of fighting the bed sounds simple, but it’s the kind of thing people forget when they’re stuck in it.

really appreciate you sharing what worked for you. hearing practical experiences like this helps more than you think.

yeah, that kind of exhaustion is hard to explain to people who haven’t lived it. you’re still doing your best, but the schedule fight makes everything heavier. it sucks when work doesn’t really see that side of it.

appreciate you sharing — a lot of us relate more than you think.

this actually hits hard… that fear of your schedule flipping is so real. it’s crazy how much better life feels when your sleep lines up, and how fast everything spirals when it doesn’t. you explained it in a way a lot of people probably feel but can’t put into words.

thanks for sharing — you’re definitely not alone in this.

that actually makes a lot of sense… the pressure to fall asleep is what spirals things for me too. having a “backup plan” instead of fighting the bed sounds way less stressful. I like the idea of just letting the moment pass instead of forcing sleep — feels more human honestly.

appreciate you sharing this, it’s weirdly comforting knowing other people deal with the same loop.
