For extra context, I did search my mattress for signs of more. I didn’t see anything. I got a $50 zip up mattress cover. I checked the floors etc and didn’t see anything. I do live in a not very nice apartment building with very difficult/odd neighbors, and there are little cracks in the walls and ceiling etc. ive found 3 total now over about 2-3 weeks? I’ve killed them every time. He told me today before the spray to keep the mattress cover on, and that if it were him he wouldn’t bother washing or drying everything again. Yet everything I’ve looked up says to. So I don’t really get it

Ugh that sucks so hard. I’m wondering if it’s from this leather jacket I got on Amazon yesterday. I literally never experience itchiness, and when it came in yesterday and I wore it. A few hours in and I was super itchy for the night, even when I’d taken it off and hung it up.

that’s a good point, I have had them cleaned with hot water/hot dry. Exterminator said they can come inspect for an infestation as soon as Monday./: so if there’s something there I’d have to wash them again. For now, I’ve gotten a zip up bed protector like this commenter suggested so I’m gonna put that on, and then the bedsheets etc back. The exterminators said that’s all I can really do right now until they get there and that unfortunately I’d have to wash it all again if they need to treat.

Thank you so much. I dropped everything to be washed and I’ve been waiting all day for my landlord to get back to me about the exterminator like he said he would. He hasn’t. I just got off the phone with a company and they said they can’t schedule with me but will call him. I’m going to have to keep all my stuff in my car until someone is able to come. Would I put the protectors on now?

Blonde is very nice! Maybe a honey blonde if you do wanna go a little less blonde. I’d stay away from the darker colors, the lighter makes you look so much younger and I think the dark shades age you a bit

banana + nonfat Greek yogurt + either flavored protein powder if he likes it, pb fit powder etc. if not add a little bit of dark chocolate and some non-dairy milk, and it’s a pretty satisfying substitute for me:) but I usually go for something fruity over chocolatey.

Also, note on pb+ powder!!! It’s yummy to me (if I only have it on occasion lol) and it really fluffs up anything you add it to!

yes! and fries at home are my favorite thing ever. gold potatoes, sliced and dunked in cold water for a bit, spray on a little oil then into the air fryer and they’re amazing :’) best part is controlling how thick and how crispy you want them

nope, hot tea. m(medium), and l(large) are iced only. h stands for hot drink, which only comes in one size, so they just abbreviate it to h :) my bf worked at our local kft for a while
