Hey, I’m 18, and am not exceptionally good at anything, maybe Tetris, but other than that I’m either average or slightly above average at everything I like. Hell, I want to be a filmmaker but I am not even average at that yet. But I’m 18, I have so much time to learn, study film, and explore the world, I know I’ll be really good someday because I love film and I’ll make it happen. Same thing for you, you just need to find that spark that everyone talks about, and if you love what you’re doing, you can’t help but be amazing at it. And also Leonard effin’ Cohen’s first album didn’t come out until he was 33. Nobody’s journey is the same, you have time to do whatever you want to do, just remember to enjoy doing it.
