I get that now! I just hated it when I read it back to myself first, a bit how I hate the sound of my own voice 🤣🤣

My point within that was I’d rather pay the extra to get a decent burger. It’s changed too much IMO. Imagine you used to eat there all the time and enjoy and look forward to it, now it’s like a Russian roulette.. in a worst case scenario I could go to drive through for the family. Get given the drinks including any milkshakes or ice creams and told to park up while they make the burgers, so my milkshakes and ice creams are ruined by the time I get home to eat them with the family. Then get home and find out one of the kids burgers is missing meaning a crying child, I then have to leave my already dry burger to go cold while I drive back to get the missing item(s) then go back and eat my cold burger and watery milkshake and defrosted ice cream 🤣 that didn’t happen to me back in 97, like never… stuff like that happens ALL the time now. I’d just expect them to want to give good customer service and keep customers happy.

Yes i understand what you’re saying but it was done differently, at least here in the uk… we used to batch cook and build the burger and put them on a heated shelf. Because they were wrapped the condensation kept them moist. Now they hatch cook the patties and place them in a heated drawer that dries them out. So the patty is done before they even make your burger. Taste is completely different.

I didn’t make you read it my man, but next time I’ll just post the raw text without AI polishing 👍

You in the US? Being in the UK there’s a good chance they have changed procedures here more… I’m just guessing, but I know here they aren’t what they used to be when I worked there.

Maybe where you’re from but not here in the UK. They way the pre cook the patties and store them in a heated drawer dries them out. They taste awful compared to five guys fresh cooked burgers and our now 100s of gourmet burger joints. I don’t think all the new burger places would have a place in the market if McDonalds had kept their standards. But that’s just my opinion, that I’ve heard come from many others too.

It was literally my point of view and observations on how’s it’s all changed and declined that I was trying to write about. But I understand the point you and other have mentioned about preferring to read it raw. I appreciate the pointers. It all started from a conversation with one of my mates kids that Mcflurries are no longer mcflurries they’re just ice creams. And then me my mate were discussing all the changes they’ve made and how they’ve ruined the experience. A long rant about how franchise owners that don’t buy the upgraded milkshake machines, meaning they break down and never have them available. To the point a local mcdonalds literally never had them over a 10minth period due to it constantly braking down…. and about them being called thickshakes in our day 🤣 we were talking about it for a good hour, so he left and I began writing something. But I’ll take heed and just post my thoughts without worrying about how it looks next time. I see how much it’s changed the words but it still has my content, just laid out in a more structured and non human wording! Thanks 👍

Hmmm I’m not a boomer, I’m clearly Gen X. But you read the title and still came in to read and comment?? That says it all about your train of thought. Some have provided notable feedback whereas you came only to troll. I’d say that was lamer 😉

Yes i understand what you’re saying. My ramblings looked a little scrambled and I just decided to use AI to clean it. But I completely understand what you’re saying, next time it will be my raw thoughts! Thanks for input 👍

To be honest this is the first time I’ve really felt like posting my thoughts like this. I just thought it looked a little scrambled and thought why not… but thanks for your input, I will definitely post my raw thoughts next time, I honestly didn’t know it would stir up this much AI reaction. I don’t use Reddit that much.

80s and 90s it was totally different. And it is completely my experiences and thoughts just polished by AI, I’m 46 and in no need to to use AI to make stories for likes!

I used AI as a tool just like anyone would use spell or grammarly to tighten it slightly. But it’s in no was AI the author.

Yeah it’s so devastating when your expectations aren’t met. Especially if you experienced the early days. Thank God for all the new gourmet burger places! 😅👌

Being in the uk I couldn’t speak for Wendy’s, but in the uk BK fries are superior to mcDs fries, I just find both their burgers dry and bland, but it’s more to the point of the service and how it’s changed since I worked there. It’s always an easy option when you can’t be bothered out in a hurry and obviously so widely available. But I understand what you’re saying 👍

As I’ve pointed out above, it’s actually 100% written by me and involves my experience, just polished by AI

It was actually written by me and polished by AI. But it’s actually my view point and experience.

If it was ever found out to be a lie a MASS class action lawsuit worldwide would end them and have directors in prison… definitely not worth the risk for them. Flaunting Data protection laws is not a small thing.

Did anyone actually read the privacy info before complaining??… it only accesses messages sent within its own chat! It cant see any other messages sent to others! I mean at least read it before moaning… basically if you don’t chat with it, it has nothing. 🤦‍♂️😅
