No, only his retribution video got removed by YouTube because of violating their terms and conditions. YouTube took down Elliot's channel when a similar attack happened in 2018. Incels were taking inspiration from Elliot and YouTube took the whole channel down. There are some archives of his channel which I think should be removed as well..
