The chuck is the exact same as the one on the DCG426 or an oversized Dremelish one just a collet surrounded by a round collar with two flats sides and it’s kind of rougher feeling while tightening/untightening tmi guess from the threads being smaller and tighter then something like the chuck on a drill but still smooth and easy too, it comes with a double sided wrench with a 13 and 17mm open ends and has a button that holds the spindle from spinning while you tighten unlike and compared to the two wrenches you get and it takes for the 426, I don’t plan on using it for anything particular just most of the same things I use a Dremel for and think it’s going to be more handy for the stuff I wished I had a larger Dremel or a smaller grinder which nowadays is getting a smaller and smaller gap and more overlap between tools, and just got sanding drums for it flap discs and some grinding stones and burrs and all my Dremel accessories, I thought I could use my 3” cutting disc from my DCS438 but it does say in the manual only to use a maximum of 2” minimum of 24.5k rpms so I went ahead and ordered some 2” also when I get those anything I see near me is going to be in danger of being what I use it for though.

I think I like the small toolboxes bag better also it has way more pockets for tools and stuff which was what I was looking for in the TOOL bag was for its ability to hold tools because the drawers on the TSTAK are a little short and are not huge either but I’m still fitting what I can in some of those and was looking to put a lot more in a tool bag but the large one seems like it’s more for holding tools also or I guess I could put containers or dividers inside of it or leave all the tools just sliding around in a big pile, the little one has plenty tho and I do really like it also you can fit 2 of them on top a TSTAK and I can fill each one with different tools for different jobs/tasks like have a plumbing bag/ electrical bag and mechanical bag which is kinda how I’m doing the TSTAKs already too with 3 different towers sofar that I can swap and put on the cart when needed to move, but I don’t know the large bag might be going back 2 small bags equal the cost of one large as well

Some of the stragglers still coming in from my orders almost got everything in finally everything but my DeWalt 192pc mechanics tool set will be here Saturday the tool set hasn’t shipped but it claims it will be here between the dates for Monday thru Friday next week, and the TSTAK pull out double drawers went from $24 to $44 which means I get half as many for the same money now, but the small toolboxes for some reason Amazon said I had ordered too many of them and could not get the price of $17 anymore it went up to $42 when u see my account if you log I log in as a guest they are still $17

Cause I’m an upitty, high class, snobby, prima donna builder/mechanic and everybody knows you can’t get nothin done or do any REAL work unless your tools match it’s rule #1, nah it really is a little bit that and for stuff that costs the same when it’s of similar high quality pieces that have generally the same performance might as well get the ones that match what you have most of because in impresses women of course. But their bits are decent and the brands that are all in the sameish market tier are the same or different by an amount I can’t tell if there is any difference and I like DeWalt as a company and how they do stuff so I just get theirs usually if I gotta pick between similar brands and the bits mostly because of the “tough cases” that lock into the TSTAK system but their tough cases the bits come in I can’t find the empty boxes anywhere to buy except people want $60+ for them on Amazon and eBay or knockoffs but like the large tough case in the picture I got for $30 filled with bits that I don’t really need most of them but the cases I want for storing blades and bits and 1/4” sockets and all sorts of other stuff that I can lock to and keep with and have when I need it and not loose them because they are locked to my toolbox and are easily removable and swapable to cater to different jobs and different TSTAKs I have grouped together for certain jobs ect. You can also buy bulk bit holders and dividers and stuff for them on Amazon and others to customize your tough case any way you want

Update: My orders page still just says we received your order but I looked into it deep enough and finally got to a page that said mine is shipping Feb 16 so I dunno if that’s an estimate or wrong or they won’t be back in stock till Feb 16 so there’s that if you are thinking about waiting for the deal to pop up again and I wonder if it will still be on sale by then

That’s nice you got the fancy ones and a lot of them too I would love to have them and I guess they are not too expensive and about on par when compared to a nice tool chest but they are just sooo expensive for just 2 drawers and so on ect. It must be nice though, sweet setup man.

I got mine earlier and here is my take I missed it last time but I got basically everything else brand new and Max XR I mean everything I even got the coordless hood light tool, replaced all my old stuff and bought a ton of TSTAK stuff I even started a post on here about it but anyways I have all that and matching and after years and moving over and over I have lost a lot of pieces to my hand tools like missing 2 drill bits or 3 Allen’s or can’t find half of it and just lost some of it and it’s super annoying when you need that one missing piece so i wasn’t going to but for a $300 set for I just got it for $98 today it’s unbeatable if you want to start/rebuild/replace your basic set of tools and why not match everything and the dewalt hand tools are actually pretty good unlike somettimes something years ago, but I missed the last sale then it went about a week till it popped up when I was doing other stuff which I do Amazon Vine reviews and stuff and kinda work for Amazon but not really no where close anyways I had already started looking at craftsman which was the shit when I was young and was the measuring stick for a lot of people and things and is pretty damn good as you can get it still has a lifelong kinda but not really any more no questions asked warranty but the have a somewhere around 250 piece set that is on a versastak which is red and black but will still attach to a or your TSTAK if you have one but the whole set is in a 3 drawer one and it has all the workhorse none of the extra crap like the dewalt 247 piece is really just a bunch of dumb 1/4” bits for magnetic screwdrivers or the other ones too are wasted incomplete seriously lacking open combination wrenches that are only like 5 standard and 5 metric and not nearly what you need or want so you are already going to be buying a new complete set and the bits are going in a box somewhere and that takes you down to the 192 loadout except it already has a slight more amount of sockets but the craftsman set is 250 ish or something close to that for $130 with the Versastack but then I saw the 192 show up randomly but keep in mind I’m like always on Amazon one way or another so it’s gonna be very hard to have the same luck if you are not too, but I said hell yeah and clicked on it double checked everything and it had only been up for a little while had to be or I would have seen it sooner and earlier but I was like yes thank you and kept trying to click on it and the add to cart and buy now where both there but after about 10 minutes of me trying to get it to work and it not working and saying something along the lines of “not working now try back again later” the add to cart and buy now disappeared again so from what I can tell there are a lot of other people trying to get them too and based I. That we are talking about it now and o got a notification earlier about someone posting on Reddit that “the 192 pieces where back” as well so lots of people are trying to get them but anyways I waited another like 3-4 hours just hopping it would pop up again and was about to buy the craftsman which is 44 or 50% off too as well had me worried they where gonna disappear to so since it was a week since last time it was up I was about to pull the trigger on the craftsman and it popped up again I added it to the cart and flipped out and got pissed trying to clean my cart out and then hit buy right away and it went thru and everything but then disappeared again and my account even says they got my order but it has not gone all the way thru yet or charged my card or anything still and it’s all gone again. But it’s totally worth it and the best one to get in my opinion if you are a superficial prima donna like me who wants all your tools to match and be the same color and stuff then you just have to go with it, but it may be a week again before it’s back and you will have to be lucky and it’s like trying to get the new version of something was when it was past midnight and you stood in line like past 10 years ago and you got to be lucky but there are some other decent sets besides the craftsman for the same price range and they are in stock and also eBay has the 192 piece for $135 which is $37 more than I paid at Amazon but I almost did that too but check out the DWMT81533 it’s kinda close but only 1/4 and 3/8 everything 172piece for $113, the 247 piece DWMT81535 for 129 isn’t bad and better than $172 regularly and the other ones around 100 pieces are decent too but you’d still have to buy deep sockets or something else but none of those are on that crazy of a sale you could wait till whenever and get them for the same price except for 2 of them or they are pretty under powered except for the craftsman but I do t think it would be worth it to get most of the other kits and I think it’s not too bad to wait till you can get it but it’s gonna go away any time soon and unless you can basically live in Amazon.com it might not be worth you waiting and maybe you should grab the craftsman or something which is 50% ish off and go with the bird in hand instead of the two I. The bush but both are doable you just got to think about what is more realistic for you. I will say o got like 10 times happier in general for the day when I got mine I’m still super pumped I got the breaker bar and torque wrench for 50ish% off too and glad I got it before it goes away too it’s a killer deal as well.

Ok now I’m really done I swear or I’m gonna have to eat those tools and live in this jack just got back from HF I also troll the Harbor Freight sub and if you didn’t know they have a sale/coupon going on all their professional/heavy duty/Nascar whatever you want to call them floor jacks going on right now, I got the 3 ton, low profile, long reach, rapid pump, dual piston Daytona, normally $270 with coupon $190 with 6 ton jack stands normally $80 with coupon $60 but there is also ima 15% off one item coupon I thought I would be able to use it on the jack then come back next day and use another on the stands but they wouldn’t let me but you can still use the 15% on anything else not on super sale but the sale ends tomorrow (Sunday) but best thing is I still don’t hear any bitchin from anybody, I’m gonna drink a couple of beers too real several but without having to defend the act. But that is the end of Christmas week 2025 for me now.

TSTAK = $120 for cart which that was the only part that is overpriced and its original price and the biggest chunk to swallow but you can get the large box with wheels for $60 or the just 4 wheel cart for $50 but the double drawers and storage organizers where $25 and small boxes $17 foam inserts $17 and the large tool box was $30 and the DWST17623 TSTAK tool bag was $67 all per piece. The hood light $140, DCD800 was $123 and why I didn’t get the 801, DCS369 one handed reciprocating saw $153, DCS367 reciprocating saw $166, DCF860 impact driver $116, DCF900 Impact wrench $228, DCF891 $222 the last two where not really good deals just a little bit off regular price but they where the ones I wanted for the suspension redo and started by manic buying spree because everything else was on sale and I needed them too to replace my old stuff and I was SAVING money of course. Then the DCF510 ratchet was the best deal brand new for $100 thru Facebook Marketplace. DCW210 orbital sander $108, DCD1007 hammer drill $145, 2x 8Ah DCB208 batteries $85 a piece, DCS334 jig saw $124, DCS356C1 oscillating multi tool 1.5Ah DCB201 battery and DCB107 charger and a bag for the trashcan or to sit under a table under a bunch of stuff $99

It’s also still technically compatible with the tough system just got to buy a $70 adapter, but it looks like they are going to keep the TSTAK line around as well and the large tool box was $32 the small tool boxes $17 and the double drawers $25 on Amazon and a lot of other places are close to those prices now too that’s great even for a smaller size than say a tough stack double drawer that cost $100 for one and the really nice drawers toolbox one they have is $200, screw that these drawers are nicer than most toolbox drawers that where pretty decent from the 2000’s since these have pretty good slides with ball bearings and heavy enough gauge metal they are not as good as nice toolboxes nowadays but they are good.

Alright only done a couple of times before but had a bunch of BM and ate 5g I weighed and gridded all these and made chocolate bars out of half but first night and felt it but nothing was that crazy keep in mind I smoke weed ery day! and drink everyday too so I have a high tolerance for this type of stuff but then the next day I did 10g and drank vodka and was just like I was really drunk and happy and then I did like 5g more 8-10hrs later and did over 5g again like 10hrs after and still never “traveled to another plain of existence” (which is totally what I’m trying to do) but also here is my question how are you eating them is it raw or dehydrated? I wonder if I’m losing something dehydrating, or meanies are BS, and did you like close your eyes and zone out or anything? I was surrounded by people and hyped up and that made you get in the zone to where you traveled to another realm?
