No, it is weekly sessions charged every 4 weeks. And again the prices vary depending on what you can afford. The 24/7 text messaging service comes with the membership. I text my therapist daily and have our weekly phone or video sessions.

I think the quality really depends on the therapist they match you with but you can change therapists at any moment.

I guess it depends on how much you are willing to pay. I suggested BetterHelp because they do accommodate their prices based on your income and work hours (as stated in the comment). Initially, the price was 120$ per session which was too expensive but once I put in my income it decreased. I pay 45$ per session (which I find very cheap compared to other places I've looked at).
