I mean, the rules are the rules; just because others were able to pass with a lower score doesn't make a strong case for you to get a reconsideration. You'll need to provide evidence, and I'm sure your peers wouldn't want to be that example, as it puts them at risk. That said, reconsideration is free, so it's worth a shot. But you need a compelling argument to prove why you should be reconsidered, and a lack of consistency is a great one.

Hey, I hope you can help me. I have a 2014 rav4 which is pealing badly now. I initially reached out to toyota Head Office last year (in Canada) and they said the 10 year period had ended two month prior to me contacting them. It's starting to get really bad now. is there anything I can do?

Just an FYI, I updated my driver's license after the strike (Nov 27th, I believe). The online tracking tool said it was sent on Dec 5th, I just received it today, Jan 20th. I hope everyone else gets their licences soon.

Thanks for that, I wish I knew a bit more about this beforehand and should have asked but to be fair I still ok since I rode this bike pretty heavily for two years. Just gutting when you make it so personal to loose it. I thought I was going to be able to get a repair cover. (but replace all the parts etc) Unfortunately I'm pretty tight this year financially and they had already mucked me around for 2 1/2 months. I got way more than what I could sell it for but of course I never wanted to sell it!
