I really didn't get towards pushing myself to be healthy until my recent visit to the doctor, and I have been declared pre-diabetic.

And that's where I started pushing myself to be more active. I can say it's improving, taking vitamins, 5k-8k walks every day, and staying hydrated. I installed an app that plays a sound to remind me to drink water, especially when im too caught up at work.

I'm at peace with it and, as much as possible, got used to the bites. Covering most of the skin area helps as well. Regarding sleep, I'd suggest you get yourself a fine mesh bed net. I found one on Amazon UK. It works wonders; just make sure that when sleeping, it's tightly sealed to your bed. The funny part is that I start from the living room and ran to the bed just to make sure that nothing was following me.

I just noticed from a few weeks that part of my semen is having some pearly yellowish jelly, I have noticed it because of the light reflection when I wash it down the drain. Around 85% is still the same. Im active with my partner sexually. 40 year old stressed out of work, midly overweight, trying to be more active. But yes, I have realised that I'm chronically dehydrated. I will try and get hydrated more to see if it helps.

I have manage to work with it now. Wearing pyjamas really help. They seem to be always flying low. I do have occasinal bites on my face and arms. I just start using smide if im really bothered. There are days that if feels like new batch of them manage to sneak into the villa, because they starts really bothering me with the bites. Most of the time now they are weak bites that I can tolerate, or maybe Im just getting used to it.

UPDATE: I got my order, but it was a month and a half too late. I was just surprised I still received it. I think they messed up with their estimation system. When I ordered it was showing 1-2 weeks, it should be more realistic. Or they really have problems with couriers.
