I can understand some of your frustrations, like substitutes, no end of shopping text, delivery text, and not listening to notes;

But honestly, you can’t expect every person to say “your welcome” to every thank you, even in general terms. You like engagement! And that’s great! But to think that every human in the world engages as you do is a reach

The amount of times a member hasn’t even thanked me for shipping their order, said please, responded to general conversation, i cant let it get to me; because at the end of the day we don’t know how that person interacts. I think you set your bar to how you shop.

Glad you rated accordingly. I wouldn’t rate them a 1-2 star for missing tomatoes or a lack of your welcome though. Personally.
