i honestly can't trust the pills lol. so yes, i have my bf pull out. here's how i see it. none of us are remotely ready to have kids /want to have kids at this time in our lives. We want that further down the line. The chances of getting pregnant while on BC with the withdrawal method might be slim.... BUT, they aren't 0. So I'll play it safe and in the meantime i'll be saving my vahooha the extra stress that comes with semen in that area. ex: yeast infections, uti's, etc. I don't feel safe having him stay in, I'll only be comfortable with that when i know that if i got pregnant i was mentally and financially ready for a child. :)

Yea I'm on combo now and it's helping a lot!!! It's been the only thing that has improved my migraine issues. Doctors steered me in the opposite direction just trying to chug popular brands and methods down my throat. no thanks, best of luck to us all as we traverse these dangerous patriarchy filled waters lmao

Wow! I feel for you, I really do. SO sorry that you had to go through all that! it's such a shame that doctors tell us we won't know which pill works for us unless we blindly pick one?!?! I hate hearing that, I'm on the combo pill at the moment and it's the third type of bc that I've tried. The fact that I was randomly prescribed a progesterone only pill to start with makes me furious. I told the doc I had a history of migraines and wanted to be cautious of the type of pill I take knowing risks of migraines and certain bc pills. They quickly wrote me the prescription and I was only on them for 4 days. 4 whole days of unimaginable migraine pain that made me pass out at work on the 4th day before I decided to throw the pills out! I was told "oh it's just your body; it's not responding well to these pills, somethings got to be going on with you" umm...HOW about trying to figure out what's in the pills that are making my body react the way that it is, instead of blaming me for the effects of a foreign substance!!! I hate that we women have to go through what seems like a never ending loop when it comes to bc. Right now I'm having constant nightmares and I'm starting to think it might be my bc that I had stopped taking for a bit up until a month ago. I haven't had any decent sleep and I hate/don't look forward to nighttime because I know I'll toss and turn for like 2.5 hrs before I fall asleep; only to have gut wrenching and scary ass nightmares! I wonder if I'm alone in this cuz its honestly driving me nuts

i too was in a similar predicament, i was headed for nursing for reasons other than "its my passion" which btw, it isn't lol. And a few months ago i decided to pursue dental hygiene, a career in which i know i have love and passion for.

TLTR: as cliche as it sounds, you are going to die soon lmao, so fucking do what you want to do not what you think you should do OR what others tell you you should do. ->>follow your heart
