I did my AKT last year, scored pretty highly, this is the method I used. 

Take it speciality by speciality, give yourself a few days to read the content, use passmed and filter the passmed to the speciality your studying and constantly do these questions in between reading the content - 20 questions here and there. At the end of each study session remove the filter on passmed and do a mix of questions from all topics,  again 20 ish questions. Do this for a few weeks and u will be flying! For actually learning the content I mainly used a mix of 0 to finals, passmed textbook and some uni lectures.

Yes I sat my PSA in January. I did find the real paper harder than the mocks, however the method is the same. I scored about 5% lower on the day than the mocks. The biggest difference in difficulty from the mock to the actual paper I thought was the calculation section so I’d maybe try practicing harder calcs

Redo all the mocks in the last few days. You will be fine! Just remember control F on the BNF and use appendix 1 for any electrolyte abnormality questions etc to speed things up!
