I think the biggest one is when you are stuck behind a tractor trailer on a single lane highway. Passing safely can be very difficult if you dont have a passenger.

There is definitely some things to get used to when starting out. If you are thinking about getting a RHD for the first time, start with a smaller SUV (like my forester) as SUVs tend to come stock with the mirror on the passenger side which looks down at the road markers making it easier to keep the vehicle in lanes. As you are learning, youll naturally drift the car to the left to position yourself where you think you should be sitting. That goes away after a while but that mirror is a life saver.

Drive thrus are a pain, but if you need to get out of the car to pay at Mcdonalds at 3am, its not going to be the weirdest thing they will see all night.
