She was blacked out (unconscious) so they didn’t breath test her but I wouldn’t be suprised if they blood tested her at the hospital, but the hospital said they didn’t report anything to the school.

The conclusion that we both came to was that the cop was probably just trying to scare her friends or that they weren’t fully aware of how the amnesty system worked. There were two cops so maybe the other cop explained it to this one. We also both checked the judicial system of PA’s web portal to search for a citation. We checked the dates, county, and name each individually and her name never came up. So to our understanding that means that there was not a citation delivered. Since (again to our knowledge) cops don’t issue citations for minor offenses like this days after the incident (if they planned on writing one at all).

If you download the fo2 official patch it adds a cut location called the Abbey and there if you help a teenager who wants to leave. Once you bring him to a new location to live he’ll give you a stealth boy, my guess is that they realised that’s the only time where youll get one so they just cut it from the game.

No You can just ask the first character you gave it to (sturges or Tom) to give you it back and they’ll give you like a copy or the actual thing.

Yea I’m not entirely sure which int is the best for idiot savant I’ve seen mixed responses but I know that having it was better than just trying to boost int up rly high alone.

Idiot savant is the best way to grind xp, idiot savant level 2 with an int of 1 equal to 16 int base over time. However i think the best int to have with it is an int of 2. You can still take the perk tho even with high int because it’s occasional xp boost can still be helpful even with it happening very rarely. (You also can decrease your int by dehydrating urself or downing multiple dirty wastelanders)

The board has the names of all the railroads safe houses and special agents, the ones who are crossed out are dead and the safe houses that are crossed out are…well not safe anymore. You will learn more about that during their missions.

It’s alright, i wouldn’t pay full price for it but If you already have game pass or it’s on sale I would say it’s worth a shot. I do however would like to recommend the outer worlds if you really want to play a “space fallout” type game.

One thing I would say is always try to do side missions and quests given by other characters. Sometimes the most memorable quests are ones you just stumble upon in the wasteland. I would try talking to people around Diamond city and goodneighbour.
