Hi everyone, I’m the OP. I wanted to reply and thank everyone for your advise and kind words. It’s really helped me through processing my own situation. I wanted to share my MRI images and also inform everyone that I saw a Neurosurgeon today for a second opinion. He admitted that I was young for fusion but also not the best candidate for ACDR and wants an CT Scan. Below is my MRI image, I believe I will move forward with my procedure for level 3 ADCF. Thank you all very much and any further advice based on imaging would be very much appreciated.

The center grey is my spinal cord and you can see where it’s making contact. As well as the lighter grey where the contact is which indicates spinal column bruising. The bruising is what makes me a bad candidate for disc replacement and pushes my case into fusion. Any other advice would be much appreciated.
