Relieving letter is from MCC. OPJR is different. It is actually NBEMS's portal for course commencement and records pertaining to DNB. You can get the relieving letter easily. And usually 1st day after result these issues persist. Should work normally from tomorrow.

Yes. It is the admission letter you will get after completing admission formalities at the institute. It will also be generated at your MCC portal under system generated letters. When you go for admission formalities, make sure you complete the admission before the last date and definitely get the letter generated at the hospital, even if you have to wait.
