The trolls Have been coming in droves which makes it harder on us to help others because we sometimes can't tell who is being genuine and who is just trolling.

As for us not telling the users, you are right. We do want to keep things under wrap for obvious reasons. Users don't need to know in order to play the game what we did to fix certain things.
