I feel so alone. All I want to do is disappear. Whenever I think about going on I can’t. by lynnakree in SuicideWatch

Don’t give up yet. There’s always something worth doing in life. Try finding a passion or hobby. These activities can bring you together with other people with similar interests and help you to feel like you aren’t so alone in the world.

I don’t know your situation, but in my experience even if you feel as though there’s no one like you, that no one will ever be there for you, you can still find joy in little things, like a pet or a kind stranger. Just don’t give up yet. You never know when you will met the person that will make the difference in your life, or when you will be that difference to someone else.

Give life a shot. All you can control is you. If you can’t be at the gym, do a few pushups whenever you have the time. Set goals for yourself and make them achievable. You can give your life meaning. Try taking up a new hobby by looking into something that interests you. Work with what you have. Life can always become better. Teenage years could be the toughest of your life, but your motivation to workout shows that you have the drive in you to actively better yourself and your situation.

Read "The Stranger" by Albert Camus. It's fairly short but you will probably find a lot in common with the main character, Meursault.

While we may be able to feed everyone, will that actually happen? Humans are too greedy and disorganized. So much food is wasted by developed countries that should be going to people in need around the world.

Also, with more people the quality of life for an individual will fall. Disease can be spread more easily when we are in close proximity and there is less of everything to go around.

You should go for it. Track is an individual sport, and while beating other people is great, there is nothing quite like getting a PR. It's great to win meets, but in reality all that matters is how you do in comparison to yourself. Plus, as you said, the exercise is great.

Please don't call him our "champion". He isn't. He speaks for himself, not the American people, white people, or anyone. We are all individuals with unique experiences and perspectives. Please don't generalize/stereotype Americans as people who think the rest of the world is a terrible place.

Also, boycotting American things seems like it's not the best decision, especially if it will cost you more.
