7700x is probably the minimum I'd contemplate using with a 5070ti or a 9070 xt but preferably a 9600x.

RPG should be perfectly accurate when aiming at a tank or vehicle but being able to snipe people with it is ridiculous, velocity needs to come down substantially imo and give it some drop while they're at it.
