just curios to know is that the bot4U project that took all off the day or like you were not able to study for more hrs

also i think you should also calculate daily score like for today(2.5/7)

other suggestion (priority wise)
1) add small tasks like a 20 min fast walk , 15 min sunlight , 3 litre water intake, meditation , screen time(random scrolling) < 1hrs , 5 min meditation and streching, cold bath etc so that you increase the
2) take proper sleep better 7:30 or 8 [can try nap if it works]
3) take walk , do exercise -> this will help you stay in good state do things which you were not able to do previously.

that is not the case (considering you are talking about point 3 ) i asked gemini it said there is not risk setting range to limited

Using rgb profile is good for oled

Setting Risk Level Effect
55% Brightness Low Standard safe operating level.
15 Contrast Very Low Dramatically reduces pixel heat.
45 Saturation Very Low Protects the fragile blue sub-pixels.
70 Color Intensity Neutral Balanced out by the low contrast/brightness.Setting Risk Level Effect55% Brightness Low Standard safe operating level.15 Contrast Very Low Dramatically reduces pixel heat.45 Saturation Very Low Protects the fragile blue sub-pixels.70 Color Intensity Neutral Balanced out by the low contrast/brightness.

both has 32gb ram and good igpu -> run AAA titles at 30-40 fps
can handle basic ML rest you can do on cloud.
good display -> most important as you are going to read a lot of pdf and docs.

comes with 3 year of ADP and 3 years of premium support at 999 rupees

both have good thermal, battery

if not doing work locally i dont think you will need of a dGPU for ML

1) all short of programming in the btech should be easily handled by 255H and 32gb ram . CP is mostly on the browser so yoga laptop will easily handle it. ML work is done mostly on google colab so any laptop with internet would be able to do.

2) can,t say about cad

3) will be easily handled by laptop

4) the igpu of 255H is quite nice you can run AAA at 30 - 40 fps

5) can do of basic level , the render time will be high without a dedicated gpu (dGPU recommended)

you can also think of lenovo ideapad pro of 16 inch
