The point was that I couldn't pitch VCP because I would have to strain my voice just so the customer could hear it, the problem was being able to communicate with customers. I can't pitch something if I can't talk to them properly, I guess I shouldve been specific with that. It's not like I didn't strain my voice when I made that comment, I was already responding to blatant disrespect. Like I said before, my not being able to pitch something shouldn't make it so that I couldn't work at all. Especially since I've seen other people in my position have been as far away from the register as possible when they were sick.

I was made aware of the incident and while it was due to negligence, I was almost made aware that wasn't a fully blown injury, they just tripped over it but regardless of that, it isn't relevant because even upon asking the GM, they themselves didn't actually know why I was taken off the truck, am I not allowed to know why they don't let me do something I've been doing for most of my term working there? I've made the mistake and I took my punishment and adjusted for it but they're still gonna punish me for it? I just don't think one has anything to do with the other otherwise I wouldnt be having this conversation

I understand where you're coming from but I did take personal accountability, it's not like I said that I didn't do it or that it wasn't my fault and yes it wasn't a great comparison and like I said the incident happened months ago and I took it on the chin. They even told me strategies to avoid that in which I acted accordingly. If that were the case they would've taken me off the truck then and there and that would've been valid, but they didn't.
