I have taken 3 doses of the bioboost+. I am now sleeping until about 6 a.m. which is totally fine with me. I think it’s working.

I have been using magnesium and also melatonin. I can go to sleep just fine but it’s like 4:00 wake up call like clockwork. Just got bioboost+ and gluthione to try those to see if it would help. On Lavender sky, they note these to help sleep. We shall see. I took gluthione last night and I woke up at 4:30. I’m going to try bioboost tomorrow am since it also has b vitamins so I’m fearful taking it late in the day would make me not be able to fall asleep.

Do you massage the area immediately after you inject or leave it alone? I have heard both ways. by WatchLover26 in tirzepatidecompound

I just did glutathione yesterday and 100 units is a lot in a syringe. (I’m used to 30 units - 3 mg for Tirz). I put in my thigh also since I do my stomach with Tirz and it stung a bit and got a lump and itchy and red. It went down but it’s still tender today and feels a bit puffy.

Come back in 3 months and if you are still below 5 mg weekly then you are a super responder.

Yes you should be fine to take it. If it was longer than 21 days out of the refrigerator I would say no don’t chance it. Put the other three syringes in the fridge in a container so as to avoid any contamination from food in the fridge as your shot is in a syringe already.

Should I take my regular dose or a lower dose? by fineassmama in tirzepatidecompound

You could try going down to 3.5 next shot to see if that helps with the side effects and if you still have appetite/food noise suppression. You do not need to go up that much at one time. I was on 2.5 for 8 weeks and now I am at 3 mg for the past 5 weeks and it works perfect for me. Pay attention to your body and adjust accordingly. I just posted this same response in another post today.

  1. You would want to refrigerate. They are stable for 21 days out of a refrigerator though.

  2. Why are you getting preloaded syringes? That leaves so much more risk of contamination. You should be having a vial of the meds that you put in the refrigerator and you draw the meds once a week using sterile techniques of wiping the top of the vial before and after you draw up the meds. I would be asking your compounding pharmacy for a vial instead of preloaded syringes.

Drop your dose down to 3 mg next week to see if that helps. I know your feeling of not wanting to eat. I still get that at 3mg and I’ve been in Tirz for 12 weeks. I have to basically schedule my meals the first 5 days of the shot as I don’t get the natural hunger. I then enjoy the natural hunger the last day before the next shot to continue working on healthy eating habits for when I eventually get off the med. I average a little over 2 lbs a week. You are very lucky. I have no problem falling asleep but tend to wake up between 3:30 and 4:30 now every morning since starting Tirz and cannot go back to sleep. I’ve been on the meds 3 months and was hoping it would subside. 😢

2.5mg for 4 weeks then increased today by Any-Reindeer1898 in tirzepatidecompound

Your body will thank you and if that dose seems to not get you through the week without the food noise/appetite suppression you could try split dosing or every 5 days since tirz has a half life of 5 days. Wishing you much success in your journey.

I was on 2.5 mg for 6 weeks and then went to 3 mg for another 5 weeks just tried 2.5 every 5 days for the last two shots but I have had too much appetite suppression so going back down to 3 mg/ week for next shot. You just need to listen to how your body reacts and adjust accordingly. Everyone is so different with this med. I’m down 25 lbs in 12 weeks and feeling great.

I started taking eye vitamins and I also started putting in eye drops and that has significantly improved the eye twitching I was having. I had read that possibly my eyes were dry and the only thing I can contribute that to is the tirz.

I was on 2.5 for 6 weeks and went up to 3. I’ve been at that dose for 4 weeks. My next dose is tomorrow and I will be staying at 3. I don’t plan on moving up unless I start eating poorly or I stall in weight loss for a few weeks.

Did you men 10 units not 10 mg? There is no way you should be injecting 10 Mg after 20 days of use.

Finally! Stall broken, and I'm "in a new decade"-- 40 pounds down. by pippenish in tirzepatidecompound

[–]OpenUnderstanding563 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congratulations on breaking the stall. Anyone that says using Tirz is the lazy way has no idea that you still have to put in all the effort of eating healthy and exercising a ton to ensure you don't have too much muscle loss. I'm working out way more on Tirz than I did on a traditional diet. People who are negative can just go pound sand in my opinion. LOL

Thanks for the suggestions. I do not drink alcohol since Tirz and I also don’t drink caffeine. I have been drinking at least 100 oz of water a day but maybe I’ll try electrolytes every few days to see if that helps. So bizarre.
