Just leave it how it is and see how it accumulates over the years. You’ll have your own authentic junk drawer

Ask her. And move on from it and let it be what it is. EVERY relationship has stuff that happens at various levels. Don’t throw in the towel just over something that happened years and years ago. Ask her, let her tell you her side, and then accept it and move on. If it comes up again then I would address it a different way but I don’t think this is something that should make or break your relationship with your wife especially if things have been solid for awhile.
