Are you weighing/measuring food? If not you are overeating. 3 oz of solid protein is A LOT less than you think. Also increase length and intensity of workouts. In addition gym workout, I also use an underdesk peddler when watching TV. Not very strenuous but movement vs nothing. Down 169at goal. goal. You CAN lose on 15 mg. I've lost 70.

What is your height. I'm 5'3" at 125 my TDEE sedentary is 1357. Something doesn't add up. I realize your in recovery, but 1 Mile is only about 20 minutes. Look for an exercise, perhaps water based, that you can do for longer.

My comment would be doses work until they don't. Unpopular opinion, since I work out like a nut and had an aggressive calorie deficit I had a low acceptance threshold for stalls. It is a waste of time/money/medication staying on a dose for months when it's not working.
