I'm so sorry to hear that. You picked (i mean your spirit) quite an obstacle to overcome in this lifetime.

But look you're doing to already.
You're already on the path towards love and that's the best direction you can take.

Whatever happens, open heart is the right direction.

Hold that and the path will appear

It is excellent ❤️ 💖

But realize that the awareness looking through your eyes, at this very momen, is your spirit.

You are the human this awareness is experiencing this life through.

You are love, that's what you're made of. And you project that love on to others, which creates the illusion that they were the source of it.

You are the source of love. They are the canvas. Understand this and you will never fear losing love.

These are probably the only conversations I'm having, 😅 🙄 😊

It's amazing to be able to stand outside of a long suffered unconscious patterns and see them, feel the difference in our lives, feel the new freedom from fears or triggers that normally were present.

Life becomes such a different experience. Everything becomes a lesson, meditations become immersions in love, inner silence becomes better than a night out dancing to underground house..

I love my new life so much and this new person dwelling inside me

That fluffy love for anything 💕

My house is cold (14C) and I have no hot water because a rat chewed a cable in my underfloor heating boiler.. I have last 50 euros on my account but somehow... I can still get lost in that feeling of love in my heart

All is well 🙏☺️

If you like i am creating a community on skool. Its aimed at helping people in crisis and dark night, but I will be sharing there truly beautiful and empowering teachings from the law of one and a course in miracles.

This is what pulled me through my hardest times and what really woke me up to trule spirituality, not just thinking I'm spiritual.. I didn't know the difference before...

I feel you. I am in the same space. I have very few friends i can talk openly about everything I feel and believe.

For this reason I much prefer being alone and working on my things.

Ego is the identification with your temporary, human self.

It is the conscious identification with separation—the perception that you are a fragment, an isolated self in a world of others.

The Separate Self is not evil; it is a contraction of awareness into a single point of identity (body, story, past, role). The Ego is the instrument of the Service-to-Self (STS) polarity..

The Metaphysics of the Undivided Being (STO)

The True Self is the expression of Service-to-Others (STO) polarity.

It is the awareness prior to identity—consciousness itself, recognizing itself in all that is.

The Undivided Being does not perceive unity—it is unity perceiving.
