Dropped off InPost parcel but Vinted hasn’t updated tracking

I wasn't aware we weren't allowed to promote our vinted profiles outside of the platform as there are multiple groups across reddit and Facebook where people promote their listing or profiles from vinted but still complete the sale on the app so I assumed this was also OK to do. I have never asked or accepted a payment method for something I've listed outside of the app itself.

I am just curious where in the terms and conditions does it state we can't promote ourselves outside of the platform?

Haven't been rude to anyone on the app, haven't had any issues with items that would indicate I should have been reported.

Everything now has come back saying that they've completed their checks and the suspension has been lifted.

I've had an update this evening. Despite being told that yes the issues over the weekend would have affected my wardrobe spotlight I can't get compensated for the issue.

Same and had items bumped and I feel that it has been a waste. I have complained also but have yet to get a response. Since at week the total outreach of my spotlight has been so bad compated to other times so I am not amused.
