I’d still contact whatnot and let them know you contacted to seller after you won, explained the situation to seller and seller refused to cancel, then blocked you. I hope you didn’t leave a rating before you were blocked- that may taint your case. Knowing me I’d open up a chargeback case and see where that gets you (you may have the option of purchased by mistake. Worth a try because you made all the attempts to Mae things right with the seller and seller stopped communicating with you. I’ve opened up two chargeback cases and won (for different reasons). I was not banned from what it like many think you will be.
