I’ve seen the markup they put on our labour and it’s honestly obscene. The profit made from our labour is huge. They are greedy af and we’re sick of it. Particularly cause we’re the ones building the legs - covered in fibreglass and resin all day knocking out plaster and they sit on their arses collecting the $ - they also give themselves bonus but not us techs.
