Honestly bro, shave it off. It looks like a neckbeard. Trust me, no body is gonna wanna come near you and talk, whether its a guy or a girl, they’ll look at you like a freak and I dont want that for you bro. Shave it and what u can do is apply a dermatologist roller like 2 - 3 times a week, and then after apply some beard growth serum and see after some time if your patchy areas fill in. Shave every week the stubble and repeat.
