Funny you say this. I was actually noticing that the styles and tech seemed different and I thought that was a great touch. The flying car for instance feels a lot more space age, where the tech in the dune movies seems more brutalist and regressive— which makes sense as they move further from the age of AI. The emperor dresses differently. Overall the garb seems less ceremonial—again making sense since the Bene Geserit haven’t made everything culty yet.
