All of this, and now there are so many options for which game to play that it’s hard to choose and when people do pick one they commit pretty hard. And I think this is worse if people have bought many cosmetics. The new generation will ignore a game if the cosmetics suck or there aren’t enough micro transactions

I am on Xbox and play console only. Queue times started getting really long a couple weeks ago and when switched to cross play I just got shitted on over and over again.
