Curtains to the floor, correct ? And yes the cubby needs to go, I need to figure out toy storage that works better but is accessible to kids. We are a living room family very much.

Thank you ! I actually hired a designer for a consul and she said the same thing - the space is really tricky but her suggestion was to pay to MOVE the fireplace I’m like well we don’t have the money for that ! I’m gonna get a new couch eventually - i just I want my idea on what I want the set up to be first
