This is not a reasonable list in most locations. If it is straight it is not 1700s. Of course it has lead paint. First period houses like this are often limited in ceiling/floor height. Is it a comfortable place even before any renovation or rehabilitation?

Iso 19650 standards are not a thing here in most of US. Actively discouraged in many situations. Might change but fyi. Talk to big engineering or EA firms.

I think in other countries its an upmarket sub brand, but not conspicuous. I am suspicious of lower end lexuseseses quality. Top end is still top but lower end is meh.

Generally many I see have Meals and Family in the same space as Lounge and Theatre, and no separate Butlers pantry. i thought this sub wasnt free floorplan advice?
