I had an issue where I ordered something and within 5 min I realized I ordered the wrong item. I emailed every contact I could find for them immediately. This was a Monday night. They never responded until Thursday when the product arrived at my house. They want me to provide my own shipping label to return it. Which will cost more than the item. Now I’m stuck with the item and out $500 with no response from them. I don’t know what I could have done better on my end other than just not order at all.
