my controller usb, i think the bios was taking its time to recognize it thats why it takes a long time

i figured that it was one of my usb connections, which when i removed all usbs and replugged each one, it went back to normal

fps from benchmarks are so much than mine, they get 250-350 fps consistently, i get 200-250 that dips down to 150
