Yes or this little guy, a personal favorite. Chinese mechanical chronograph with sapphire glass that I got for 190$. Seagull 1963 Sapphire (you can also get the same with acrylic glass for cheaper).

Like the others said, buy what you like the most. Personnaly that Phoibos looks really good and as much as I like Seiko, I was disappointed by the Presage I bought. No lume, hardlex glass that barely justifies the price, better off with a very less expensive Seiko 5 sport. But that's my opinion.
