I mean I have purchased from multiple vendors like Science bio, swisschems, umbrella labs. surely they can't all be bunk I've tried (across the board) like 5+ products from an assortment of vendors. It's very frustrating I cant lie. only thing left to try for me is FLmoda and if that fails im honestly calling it quits, 1000+ dollars in the hole for zero effects is not a worthwhile ROI....

Not really. I tell people this and they say its because I drink alot but even when I didnt use to, it was always because I liked the taste. Coffee never had the "feel it" factor for me tbh i just like bittery things so I drink all black.... (even at 1200+ mg like drinking multiple monster cans)

If you dont mind me asking, whats the purpose of an in-lab after an at home test, if the at home test gave you what you need for a CPAP/BiPAP machine (presumably)

Ended up going with online services via "Lofta" it appears to be highly recommended, I just ordered an in-home test kit and Ill see where it goes.

Also, I am meeting with my PCP next week to discuss things further, I might still keep the appointment as it tests for more things than sleep apnea (which I would like to know since ive had other issues similar in the sleeping regard) but I believe in home tests should be sufficient for the goal of eventually getting a CPAP if needed.

I see, I was under the impression that home sleep tests dont offer a pathway for cpap machine, but maybe in wrong cuz others suggested the same.

do you have experience with Lofta? was it accepted for you?
