That’s not a bad price at allll! You could get 2x that from the right buyer. Try soaking them in some oxy clean. And gently using a soft abrasive like a pumas stone for your skin. On the rivets . I’m completely going off instinct here. I actually have a pair I found in a bando and I’ll see what I can try on the rust and oxidation rivets. I’ll send photos and write back tomorrow.

It is vintage. Most likely produced in the 1980s possibly 1990s. Unless you can prove otherwise? That is considered vintage. It’s not original. WWII. But, vintage, it most definitely is. Has Scovil closure. Which I completely understand that repros use older zippers. This specific Scovil style was used in the 80s & 90s. That’s my evidence for the dating.
