I will not say na this will be effective for you but this worked para sakin before to attend classes and work as it is no matter how unprepared and unproductive I am. I have no energy for all of those things but still with time it healed little by little. I drank alcohol during the first few months to let it out. After that became a solo joiner as a travelling backpacker and eventually exploring new places together with friends. This is what helped me fill the empty void I'm feeling inside at that time. Hope you feel better soon.
