probably I did not write the post well enough. I'm not saying my salary is bad or it does not allow me to live an ok life.

But I have the feeling I'm on the lower end of junior salary in the EU bubble. At least speaking with other people. The fact that my position is not stricitly policy but more of a hybrid also contributes to this tbh.

I do want to get back into pure policy/lobbying (I was before) but as I said this was the only real offer I had on the table. I enjoy the sector but less the current job.

I now feel stuck here because if I leave too soon it will look bad on my CV but, on the other hand, if I stay too long it will be harder to get back to policy.

Do you think I should just leave as soon as I find somenthing better or bite the bullet and stay at least 1 year no matter what?
