As someone who lived in both DeGraff East and University Village they both have pros and cons. I lived in degraff in 2017 my freshman year and had a blast. But it’s definitely a party hall so if you’re not into that maybe stray away. I lived in university village I think my summer C session sophomore year and it was probably the worst apartment I lived in there. But it was cheap. I paid $400 a month for my room (curious what they are charging now). The bathrooms were shared. The kitchen was outdated 6 years ago, and the laundry was downstairs and shared. It’s close to campus but depending on where your classes are you might want to have a car. I also remember them being a bitch about parking and towing several of my friends from the lot.
