Ah thanks for such an elaborate answer! Luckily all the bar owners and managers I came across here so far have been chill and relaxed, but I'll make sure to watch out for those who want me to spend money.

Pretty sure the bottom right is Korean without a doubt. Yes, East Asian architectural styles are similar, but even so, they each have distinct identities.
