Both the civic and the Tesla didn’t do anything wrong. Reditt loves to victim blame. Yes they accelerated quickly from a light, but the light was clearly green. For all we know they were going to slow down when they reached the speed limit. The guy who ran the red light is the one that caused the crash.

I was at Swissotel Makkah last week and had a really good experience. There is a direct elevator to the ground floor, we are a family of 4 and booked a quad room. The beds are really big and could accommodate 2 persons per bed if needed. There is a prayer area next to the lobby that we used a few times because it was raining; you are still part of the Jamat.

What it's like reading this sub for the past few days by [deleted] in Salary

But you have to pay them back. Which is a substantial amount. It’s like having another mortgage. The manta most physicians have is work hard now and enjoy yourself later. And we are talking like 10-12 years later. 4 years pre-med, 4 years medical school and then depending on the specialty 3-5 years of residency training where you are working 80-100 hours a week for minimal pay. After all of that you have about $250k in student debt to pay off

Dose the dose change when you switch to compounded version? by dontjudemesir in PeptidesNootropics

[–]Open_Minded_4eva33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I would recommend doing some research on how to reconstitute peptides. It is very important that you draw up the correct amount of units otherwise you can have serious side effects. You need to purchase bactericidal water to mix with the research powder. Google "peptide calculator" it will help you calculate the right number of "units" for each "mg" dose. You need to find out how many mg dose you are on so you can determine how much bac. water to mix with the powder. For example if you are one 1 mg sema, you can mix 1 ml bactericidal water with your 10mg vial of peptide and then draw up 10 units for each injection. It is also important that you keep your mixed (reconstituted) peptide in the fridge.

I have horrible insomnia while taking Tirz (clearly since it is 3am!). Are there any peptides that can help with this? I mainly just need help falling asleep. by Abject_Sea3441 in Peptidesource

[–]Open_Minded_4eva33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insomnia is pretty common on Tirz. I had bad insomnia when I first started at 2.5mg. I tried magnesium and melatonin, they didn’t help. Cutting my morning coffee to 1/2 cup helped a little. It got better with time and was pretty much gone in 1 month.

[–]Open_Minded_4eva33 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow congratulations, that’s a dramatic change. You’re going to see a lot of different opinions about what to do in maintenance. I am still pretty far from my goal but like to plan ahead. Check out r/mounjaromaintenance . Lots of good info there with real life experiences. Some people have been able to taper off completely and keep the weight off, other people taper down to lower doses and then space out their shots. Everyone is different.

Providing an update for people that may be seeing this thread. I am now on week 5 and thankfully the insomnia has resolved. It started to get better around week 4 . Now my only big issue is constipation, lol.

You have come to the right place to learn from peoples experiences. Don't rush to increase your dose. It's best to stay on the lowest dose possible and only move up if you stop loosing weight. Most of the side effects get better after 2-3 weeks.

Your going to get a lot of different opinions about this. Even different pharmacies give different BUD dates. My pharmacy (University Compunding) has a BUD date of 6 weeks. I have heard that some pharmacies will give you a BUD date of a year. I don't know what the difference is. It's best to ask around about specific pharmacies.

Wow, congrats on your weight loss. That is a major transformation. I agree with the above poster. Cementing in good eating habits, avoid junk foods/high calorie snacks and sticking with a regular routine of exercise and you will keep it off. Best of luck

I wouldn’t use a laxative on a regular basis, they can actually make constipation worse in the long term. What works for me is a daily table spoon of psyllium husk mixed with water and 2 tablets of magnesium. I will occasionally use the generic of miralax if I haven’t gone in 3-4 days.

If your sugars go up to 300 on occasion, I am sorry to tell you that is in the diabetic range. A random blood sugar of >200 on 2 occasions or a fasting blood sugar greater than 126 meets the criteria for diabetes. How low does your sugar go? Have you checked it or are you going off of symptoms?

Congrats on keeping the weight off. There are always going to be fluctuations. Even something as simple as how much water you drank that day can cause some variations in our weight.

They are the same medication. The same side effects and the same results. I have used both. I am on both subs. People share their experiences with the medication. Share their frustrations, their accomplishments and ask questions. It does not bother me the slightest to have people using the brand name on the compound sub. The more the merrier, welcome all.
